Victory Plasma Systems, Inc. manufactures, markets and supports industrial quality water and downdraft plasma cutting systems. We feature Thermal Dynamics plasma units exclusively. Our tables have a structural double frame with a 3/16” walled tub to withstand the hazards of the industrial environment. Heavy, hardened ‘T’ guide rails with 2” steel rollers on the long axis combined with linear slide cassette rollers on the cross axis makes a smooth and accurate guide system. The motion drive system consists of four fully synchronized AC brushless servo motors riding on pneumatic pre-loaders driving direct coupled precision gear boxes with only 8 arc minutes of backlash. Automatic torch height control and torch collision protection are standard features. We offer the Thermal Dynamics XT Controller or our own Victory II Controller and options include oxy-fuel cutting, straight-line bevel, pneumatic scribing and pneumatic/electric drilling.
Water tables feature manual valve water level control, allowing water levels from a dry bottom to a full table in 3 minutes and back to a dry bottom in another 3 minutes. Never burn up a pair of gloves again! Never “fish” your finished parts out of a full tank! A light mix of Plasma Green® means never fighting rust in your table or on your parts again! Our larger downdraft tables are pneumatically zoned to reduce the collection area to no more than 4 lineal feet at one time, reducing the CFM requirements and lost building heat. Water tables are a much more effective system in collecting dust and smoke emissions inherent to the plasma cutter.
We partner with Thermal Dynamics exclusively for our plasma units. From the Cutmaster A120 to the Auto-Cut to the high-definition Ultra-Cut we’ve got a plasma to fit your needs. No one cuts non-ferrous material better than the Victory-Thermal Dynamics package! We can cut carbon steel to the highest plasma standards.
Our CNC software is designed specifically for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. It is operator friendly and comes with 46 pre-drawn profiles and the alphabet ready for your dimensions. When cutting, everything is adjustable from the main screen. Real-time drive train diagnostics are a part of the program. Effortlessly convert AutoCAD® drawings to cut files. Our package even includes a full-featured CAD program, which works just like AutoCAD®. It exchanges and edits drawings made in AutoCAD®, allowing you to create your own new drawings and share them with others. This is not a “lite” CAD.
We deliver, we set up and we train your operator and your production begins the day after delivery! Service is a phone call away and field service just hours away. From the factory we can log onto your Victory system for remote diagnostics, programming or training.
