Our Victory Bridge systems represent the best in plasma cutting technology and are completely integrated from top to bottom, featuring all Hypertherm components, software and True Hole®.
True Hole® software was built from the ground up to give you the best possible plasma-cut hole on mild steel. It is automatically applied by the nesting or CNC software to holes with a diameter-to-thickness ratio from 2:1 to as low as 1:1 and plate thicknesses up to 1”. True Hole® technology is a specific combination of amperage, material type, material thickness and hole size linked to the following parameters:
- Process gas type
- Piercing methodology
- Gas flow
- Lead-in/lead-out technique
- Cut speed
- Reduced timing to optimize hole features
This fully integrated Industrial CNC plasma system features a Hypertherm EDGE Connect TC controller with a 19” touch screen, quad-core processor, joy stick jogging, Wi-Fi and USB ports. Its paired with your choice of Hypertherm HyPerformance HPR or X-Definition XPR plasma cutters. All Victory-Hypertherm systems use only Hypertherm software and feature remote login so our techs can assist operators or conduct diagnostics.
Bridge systems are available in any size from 5’ x 10’ to 20’ x 100’ in both water table and downdraft configurations. These work tables feature a structural double frame with a welded 1/4” wall tub or air box to withstand the hazards of a harsh industrial environment. Work tables are 1’ wider and 1’ longer than quoted cut area to accommodate loading and unloading and include extra-long rails for parking the bridge off-table. These can be built using Victory or buyer drawings.
Water tables feature manual or electric valve water level control, changing from a dry bottom to full table in three minutes and stopping anywhere in between. Our long downdraft tables include CNC controlled, pneumatically powered exhaust intake zones to reduce the collection area to no more than five lineal feet at one time reducing the CFM requirements and loss of environmental air. Water tables are a much more effective system for collecting the dust and smoke inherent to the plasma cutter.
Our smooth and accurate guide system is composed of triple heavy ‘T’ guide rails with heavy straight tooth gear rack and 4” steel wheels on the rail axis combined with dual linear slides on the cross axis. The gantry can be parked at the work table’s end so the cut area is completely clear to load and unload.
Motion is controlled by three fully synchronized brushless AC servo motors riding on pneumatic pre-loaders and driving direct coupled precision gearboxes. Bridge Systems use a minimum of three 750-watt servos. Motor sizes increase as system width and length dictate.
Integrated automatic torch height control, torch collision protection, laser locator and full motion Hypertherm Phoenix software are standard features. The CNC software is designed specifically for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. It is operator friendly and includes pre-drawn profiles and alphanumerics, ready for dimensions. CAD drawings can be easily converted to cut files. Hypertherm ProNest® CNC, ProNest® Office PC and True Hole® are included with Bridge machines. Interfaces for Inventor and Solidworks are optional. In addition, all our units feature remote login allowing our techs to assist in operation or diagnostics.
Each of our industrial CNC plasma systems are built in house and ship complete, all components are installed and fully tested prior to shipment. We deliver and install every system and include onsite training with every installation. This industrial system is easy to operate and will pay for itself in increased and quality production.
