All our industrial CNC plasma systems include, as standard features, integrated lifters and torch height controllers.
We offer the following CNC plasma system options:
AutoGas: Your operator selects the material type and thickness and the controller mixes cutting and shield gases automatically.
Integrated pipecutter: we add a well to the interior side of the cutting bed, which allows you to cut pipe from 2” to 12” in diameter and in lengths up to 45’. The integrated pipecutter allows you to index the pipe while cutting.
Outboard Cutting: the gantry can be extended over the side of the table for cutting objects on stands.
Bevel: We offer a full-contour 5-axis beveler and a straight-line SnapLoc manual bevel head. With the SnapLoc option, your operator rotates the torch head to a predetermined angle, makes the cut, then resets the torch head manually for the next cut. This is perfect for making linear cuts with angled edges.
Oxy-fuel torch: We offer a Victor oxy-fuel machine torch with manual ignition as well as a two-stage oxy-fuel torch with an electric ignition. Depending on the system, the torch will be mounted on the plasma lifter or on an independent lifter.
