This fully integrated Industrial CNC plasma system features a Hypertherm EDGE Connect TC controller with a 19” touch screen, quad-core processor, joy stick jogging, Wi-Fi and USB ports. Its paired with your choice of Hypertherm HyPerformance HPR or X-Definition XPR plasma cutters. All Victory-Hypertherm systems use only Hypertherm software and feature remote login so our techs can assist operators or conduct diagnostics.

The Victory Rail CNC plasma system is available in any size from 5’ x 10’ to 10’ x 30’ in both water table and downdraft configurations. Heavy duty ‘T’ guide rails with helical gear racks are installed on knee high pedestals on the rail axis. This, combined with dual linear slides on the cross axis, make for a smooth and accurate guide system. An all steel over-run gantry riding on four 2.5” x 2” machined wheels with sealed bearings create a very smooth motion and allow ample space for multiple tools. The motion drive system consists of three fully synchronized brushless Yaskawa AC servo motors with EtherCAT Drives which ride on pneumatic pre-loaders and drive precision direct-coupled gearboxes. Two 750-watt and one 400-watt servo motors are used on systems 8′ wide.

These systems are built to withstand industrial environments: the work table has a structural double frame with a welded 3/16” walled tub built on a W4x13 frame with adjustable water levels. Water tables feature manual or electric valve water level control, which allows water movement from a dry deck to a full table in three minutes. Our long downdraft tables feature CNC controlled, pneumatically powered zones to reduce the collection area to no more than five lineal feet at one time reducing the CFM requirements and the loss of environmental air. Water tables are a much more effective system for collecting the dust and smoke inherent to the plasma cutter. To accommodate loading and unloading, work tables are sized 1’ wider and 3’ longer than the cut size quoted. The gantry can be parked at the table’s end so that the cut area is completely clear.

Victory Rail & Gantry systems include TrueHole, which was designed from the ground up to give you the best possible plasma-cut hole. TrueHole is automatically applied by ProNest® CNC for single part nesting or by ProNest® Office PC for more complex nesting with editing capabilities. TrueHole software works in mild steel for holes with a diameter-to-thickness ratio from 2:1 to as low as 1:1 and for plate thicknesses up to 1”. TrueHole technology is a specific combination of amperage, material type, material thickness and hole size linked to the following parameters:

Each of our industrial CNC Rail & Gantry Systems are built in house and ships complete, with plasma cutter and controller installed and fully tested prior to shipment.
