Victory CNC Plasma Systems Receives Kentucky Pacesetter Business Award

Victory CNC Plasma Systems received a 2017 Kentucky Pacesetter Award for outstanding achievements as a Kentucky small business. The Kentucky Small Business Development Center recognizes high performing second-stage Kentucky small businesses through its Kentucky Pacesetter Business Recognition Program.

In deciding which businesses will be considered for receiving the Pacesetter Award, the program looks at businesses that are developing innovative products, enhancing sales, creating jobs, and serving Kentucky communities. Winners are therefore chosen based on intent and capacity to grow in two or more of the following areas:
  • Number of employees
  • Increased sales
  • Innovativeness in product or service
  • Response to adversity
  • Employee engagement and commitment
  • Contributions to the community
As a result, Victory was selected for increased revenue and product line enhancements. While the average annual number of units Victory has sold has remained the same, our customers are purchasing larger systems with more complex options. Namely, we’ve enhanced our systems, expanded options, and are now offering systems on par with multinational corporations. We serve the nation from Kentucky.

The Kentucky Small Business Development Center presented this year’s Kentucky Pacesetter awards to Victory CNC Plasma Systems and nine other Kentucky Businesses. As a result, Victory joined other Kentucky small businesses in Frankfort’s Capitol Rotunda during “Kentucky Celebrates Small Business” on May 3, 2017.
