This fully integrated industrial CNC plasma system features a Thermal Dynamics Performance controller paired with your choice of Thermal Dynamics standard-definition Cutmaster or Auto-Cut plasma cutters or Hypertherm standard-definition MAXPRO200 or Powermax125 plasma cutters.
This industrial CNC plasma system is available in any size from 5’ x 10’ to 8’ x 20’ (unitized) or up to 20′ wide and 100′ long (rail & gantry) in both water table and downdraft configurations. It has a structural double frame with a welded 3/16” walled tub to withstand the hazards of the industrial environment. Heavy ‘T’ guide rails with 2” steel rollers on the rail axis combined with dual linear slides on the cross axis makes a smooth and accurate guide system. Three 400-watt fully synchronized AC brushless servo motors riding on pneumatic preloaders driving direct coupled precision gearboxes complete the motion drive system. One 400-watt and two 750-watt servos are used on larger units. Integrated automatic torch height control, torch collision protection, full motion and nesting software are standard features. Oxy-fuel torch, drilling and integrated pipe cutter are optional.
Water table cutting beds feature manual valve water level control, allowing water levels from a dry bottom to full table in three minutes and back to a dry bottom in another three minutes. Operators won’t have to fish finished parts out of a full tank. Our long downdraft tables are pneumatically zoned to reduce the collection area to no more than five lineal feet at one time, reducing both the CFM requirements and the loss of environmental air. Water tables are a much more effective system for collecting the dust and smoke emissions inherent to the plasma cutter.
The CNC software is designed specifically for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. It is operator friendly with pre-drawn profiles and alphanumerics ready for dimensions. AutoCAD® drawings can be effortlessly converted to cut files. In addition, all our units feature remote login so our techs can assist you in training or diagnostics.
Each of our industrial CNC plasma systems is built in house and ships complete, with plasma cutter and controller installed and fully tested prior to shipment. We deliver and install every system and include onsite training with every installation. The Performance is an easy to operate industrial system that will pay for itself in increased production.
