Do you have a tired, anemic, inaccurate or unreliable burn table? Victory technicians can put new life into almost any burn table, regardless of its age. Our 400 Watt Retro Package will completely modernize almost any brand cutting machine up to an 8’x20’, provided it has a usable gantry, guide rails and gear racks. Larger machines require the 750 Watt Retro Package with 750 watt servos on the long axis. We have 1000W servos for machines that require them.

Packages include your choice of controller and plasma, steel or aluminum gantry, servos, etc. We install and commission the refurbished system and then stay for two days of onsite training with your operator.

Compatibility
We recommend the installation of a new automated plasma system to complete the upgrade. We offer Victor Thermal Dynamics standard-def Cutmaster A120 or Auto-Cut in 100, 200 or 300 amp models or high-definition Ultra-Cuts in 100, 200, 300 or 400 amps. Ultra-Cuts can also be equipped with the optional Automated Gas Control.

The Victory II 400RP will operate any plasma system designed for automated service. We will be happy to evaluate your present system.

Aluminum
Very light weight but rigid and strong all aluminum gantry with double plated 3/8” end trucks riding on 2” or larger rollers with dual sealed bearings. Features pneumatic pre-tensioning on double hinged motor mounts for each drive motor. All gantries feature dual linear guide rails and bearing blocks. (5’ aluminum gantry weighs about 300 pounds)

Steel
Heavy, rigid and strong all steel gantry with double plated end trucks riding on 3” or larger rollers with dual sealed bearings. Features pneumatic pre-tensioning on double hinged motor mounts for each drive motor. Dual linear guide rails and bearing blocks are used on all our gantries.
