Victory XT
The VICTORY XT features all Victor Thermal Dynamics components. Your choice of a standard-definition Cutmaster or Auto-Cut plasma or high-definition Ultra-Cut plasma is paired with Victor Thermal Dynamics proven dual microprocessor XT Controller. Add AutoGas and you have Diameter PRO hole optimization technology at your fingertips!
The Victory XT unitized table is available in any size from 5’ x 10’ to 14’ x 40’ in both water table and downdraft configurations. It has a structural double frame with a 3/16” walled tub to withstand the hazards of the industrial environment. Heavy, hardened ‘T’ guide rails with 2” steel rollers on the long axis combined with dual linear slides on the cross axis make a smooth and accurate guide system. Helical gear rack and a fully enclosed power track are two great features. Three 580 watt (1,000 watt on larger units) fully synchronized AC brushless servo motors riding on pneumatic pre-loaders driving direct coupled heavy duty precision gear boxes complete the motion drive system. Integrated automatic torch height control, torch collision protection, full motion and nesting software are standard features! Oxy-fuel cutting, pneumatic scribe and drilling are optional.
The Victory XT comes equipped with your choice of a standard-definition Cutmaster or Auto-Cut 100 Amp or go with a high-definition Ultra-Cut for fast, accurate and virtually dross-free cutting. AutoGas saves time and and decreases operator error by simplifying the gas mixing process: your operator selects material and thickness and the gas is mixed automatically. Couple an Ultra-Cut with AutoGas and an XT Controller and you’ll get the full benefit of Victor Thermal Dynamics Diameter PRO hole optimization software. Diameter PRO simplifies hole cutting by optimizing gas mixture and motion control for excellent holes with diameters slightly larger than plate thickness in material from 10ga to 1″.
Ultra-Cuts and Auto-Cuts feature the Water Mist Secondary (WMS) process which uses ordinary tap water and nitrogen for making oxide-free cuts on stainless steel and aluminum. No one in the industry can cut stainless steel and aluminum as well as the Victory-Victor Thermal Dynamics package!
Water tables feature manual or electric valve water level control, which allows water levels from a dry bottom to full table in 3 minutes and back to a dry bottom in another 3 minutes. You’ll never burn up another pair of gloves again. Never “fish” your finished parts out of a full tank. A light mix of Plasma Quench means never fighting rust in the table or on parts. Our downdraft tables are pneumatically zoned to reduce the collection area to no more than 4 lineal feet at one time reducing the CFM requirements and the loss of environmental air. Water tables are a much more effective system for collecting the dust and smoke emissions inherent to the plasma cutter.
The CNC software is designed specifically for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. It is operator friendly with pre-drawn profiles and the alphabet ready for your dimensions. Our tech team can log onto the unit in your plant and assist in training and diagnostics. Your existing CAD files are instantly converted to cut files and can be nested or changed as needed. Dual microprocessor Windows XP system with 8 GB Compact Flash and 1 GB RAM, USB ports, WiFi and 15″ high resolution touch screen display.
Each machine leaves the factory complete with plasma ad controller installed and fully tested. We deliver and install the table on your floor and then stay and train your operator for two days. After we leave, you’re ready for production!
