Victory Plasma Systems, Inc. manufactures, markets and supports industrial grade CNC Plasma Cutting Water and Down Draft Tables. We control production every step of the way, building 5’x10’ to 14’x40’ tables with larger units available on special order. Each machine is carefully mated with Thermal Dynamics plasma cutters with great consumable life and quality cutting from 100 Amp to 1,000 Amp. The Victory includes many features that are considered optional by other vendors: automatic torch height control, torch collision protection and laser location.

Our machines are affordable yet rugged units with years of production in them just waiting to be unleashed. We don’t offer all the bells and whistles the high dollar vendors do but we include all the bells and whistles the majority of the market need.

We deliver, we set up and we train your operator and your production begins the day after delivery! Service is a phone call away and field service just hours away.

Our tables have a structural double frame with a 3/16” walled tub to withstand the hazards of the industrial environment. Heavy, hardened 'T' guide rails with 2” steel rollers on the X-axis combined with linear slide cassette rollers on the Y-axis makes a smooth and accurate guide system. Four fully synchronized and communicating intelligent AC brushless servo motors riding on pneumatic preloaders driving direct coupled precision gear boxes with only 5 arc minutes of backlash complete the motion drive system. Automatic torch height control, laser torch locator and torch collision protection are standard features.

An auxiliary tool post features Quick Change Tooling for optional oxy-fuel cutting, plate marking, drilling-tapping or polishing.

Water tables feature manual valve water level control, allowing water levels from a dry bottom to full table in 3 minutes and back to a dry bottom in another 3 minutes. Never burn up a pair of gloves again. Never “fish” your finished parts out of a full tank. A light mix of Plasma Quench® means never fighting rust in your table or on your parts. Our downdraft tables are pneumatically zoned to reduce the collection area to no more than 4 lineal feet at one time, reducing the CFM requirements and lost building heat in winter. Water tables are a much more effective system in collecting dust and smoke emissions inherent to the plasma cutter.

Our CNC software (download demo here) is designed specifically for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. It is operator friendly and comes with 46 pre-drawn profiles and the alphabet ready for your dimensions. It features a complete library storage system of all your favorite personal settings. When you are cutting, everything is adjustable from the main screen using the mouse. Real-time drive train diagnostics are a part of the program. Effortlessly convert AutoCAD® drawings to cut files. Our package even includes your own real CAD program, CADian 08. The CAD program works just like AutoCAD® and exchanges and edits drawings made in AutoCAD®, allowing you to create your own new drawings and share them with others. This is not a “lite” CAD. All this is managed by a Hewlett Packard computer with Windows XP Professional, 160 GB hard drive, 2 GB RAM, 2.81GHz AMD Athlon Dual Core Processor with WiFi and a 22” flat screen.
